Westbridge Credit Co. (hereinafter referred to as the "Lender," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of individuals and business entities (the "Borrower" or "Applicant") who apply for, receive, or guarantee credit facilities.
This Policy directly reflects the governing privacy provisions defined in Section 19 (Privacy and Use of Personal Information) and Section 11 (Credit Verification and Reporting) of the Westbridge Credit Co. Loan Agreement & Terms and Conditions. By submitting an application through our portal or entering into a credit facility, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described herein.
2 Data Minimization Standards & What We Collect
Westbridge Credit Co. operates under strict data minimization and privacy-first principles. Our public portal (westbridgecreditco.com) is strictly designed as an information portal and preliminary inquiry conduit. We do not harvest, track, or collect sensitive personal or financial credentials through public web forms.
A. Preliminary Website Inquiry
Our public application form requests only basic high-level data points to assess preliminary credit interest:
- Full legal name
- Applicant email address
- State of residence
- Requested facility amount
- Stated purpose of credit
- General employment or business status
- Approximate monthly income
- Preferred repayment tenor
B. What This Website NEVER Collects
To prevent phishing risks and protect your identity, this website will NEVER request:
- Social Security Numbers (SSN) or National Tax IDs

3 Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing (Section 19.1)
Pursuant to Section 19.1 of the Loan Agreement, personal and financial information is collected, processed, and maintained exclusively for the following operational purposes:
- Evaluating Loan Applications: Assessing creditworthiness, debt-to-income capacity, and identity authentication to formulate approved loan structures.
- Issuing Contractual Documentation: Generating Document 01 (1-Page Loan Statement), Document 02 (Loan Agreement), and contractual schedules customized to the borrower.
- Executing Capital Disbursement: Facilitating the 100% full transfer of approved loan funds into the borrower's verified bank account without off-the-top principal deductions.
- Servicing Facilities & Processing Payments: Managing scheduled installment collections, tracking amortization balances, and servicing early prepayments.
- Fraud Prevention & Risk Management: Performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know-Your-Customer (KYC), and identity verification checks to deter fraudulent applications.
- Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to federal and state consumer lending mandates, truth-in-lending disclosure requirements, and statutory record-keeping rules.
4 Authorized Disclosures & Third-Party Sharing (Section 19.2)
Westbridge Credit Co. does not sell, rent, lease, or monetize borrower personal information to third-party data brokers or marketing affiliates.
In strict compliance with Section 19.2 of the Loan Agreement, disclosure of borrower data is permitted only to the following authorized parties and under the following conditions:
Authorized Service Providers: Regulated banking institutions, automated clearinghouses, payment gateways, and software partners assisting in loan servicing and transaction administration.
Identity & Fraud Verification Providers: Third-party verification platforms utilized to validate identity records and prevent identity theft.
Credit Reporting Agencies: Major authorized credit bureaus for the lawful reporting of payment performance, delinquency, or default pursuant to Section 11.2.
Regulatory & Judicial Authorities: Government agencies, regulators, or courts when disclosure is legally mandated by subpoena, court order, or statutory requirement.
Legal Counsel & Enforcement Agents: Legal representatives and lawful recovery agencies strictly in connection with enforcement of contractual obligations under Section 17.
Permitted Assignees: Any successor entity or institutional purchaser to whom the Lender's rights are assigned in accordance with Section 21 of the Loan Agreement.
5 Credit Inquiries & Bureau Reporting (Section 11)
By applying for a credit facility, you authorize Westbridge Credit Co. under Section 11.1 to verify your identity, employment, and income information, and conduct inquiries through authorized credit reporting agencies.
Under Section 11.2, we may report your ongoing payment performance — including timely repayments, early payoffs, and any unresolved delinquency or default — to recognized credit reporting bureaus in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
6 Confidentiality Standards & Survival (Section 19.4)
Under Section 19.4 of the Loan Agreement, Westbridge Credit Co. maintains strict confidentiality protocols over all borrower personal and financial information. Our internal systems utilize role-based access control, cryptographic isolation, and physical safeguards.
Survival of Obligation: The obligation of confidentiality does not expire upon loan maturity. It explicitly survives the payoff, termination, or cancellation of any loan facility for the maximum statutory record-retention period mandated by applicable state and federal financial regulations.
7 Borrower Rights & Updating Information (Section 20)
Subject to applicable state and federal privacy statutes, you have the right to request access to your account transaction records, verify the accuracy of stored information, and request corrections where inaccurate data exists.
Mandatory Notification of Changes: Under Section 20 of the Loan Agreement, borrowers must promptly notify Westbridge Credit Co. in writing of any change to their legal name, residential address, telephone number, email address, or designated bank account. Written notifications should be directed to billing@westbridgecreditco.com or loans@westbridgecreditco.com.
